Frustrated employees and unhappy customers
I must be doing something wrong with my team in the tasting room, because it seems like one person a week quits to go off and do something else. Visitors seem to get frustrated that their wine takes a long time to show up once they place an order. It seems like our voice mail box gets filled up every day with messages from customers. And I’m not too sure exactly who’s buying most of our wine, because we just don’t have a good way to keep track of information. Momma says she has a good memory for that kind of stuff but when it comes time to mail out letters, we can’t figure out where to send ‘em.
